What is Whey Protein?
Whey, German for "cheese water," is obtained as a byproduct in cheese production. It is a protein-rich liquid that naturally separates from the cheese and is drained off.
Depending on the desired protein content, other components such as fat and carbohydrates are removed.
Protero Protein72 is therefore less processed than a higher-percentage protein powder. The high-quality fatty acids of pasture milk are preserved before the whey is spray-dried.
What is whey protein good for?
A protein supplier should not and may not answer this question, apart from the legally permitted statement:
"Proteins contribute to the maintenance of muscle mass."
For us, protein powder is a food rather than a dietary supplement 'designed' with additives. You don't write a daily dose of carbohydrates for wheat flour and warn against exceeding it.

What's the best way to mix it?
Weide Whey Protein 78 Dark Fruits dissolves well in water or milk in a protein shaker bottle or blender.

The Pasture Whey Dark Fruits has a very mild taste. Not because there isn't enough fruit powder, but because sweetness is a flavor enhancer and none is added - not even stevia.
